Incredible opportunity for a full time Kitchen Supervisor position with Flipside Burgers.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about food, and that loves organization and working with people.

The role of this job is to work with our head chef as well as our prep team at the commissary kitchen to ensure our team is set up for success during service.

Duties and Responsibilities

Keeping track of inventory
Placing food orders
Keeping storage spaces organized
Filling out temperature sheets
Restocking the line
Transporting food from commissary to food truck
Working the line during service
Helping with closing duties

Desirable Knowledge and Skills

Kitchen experience
Valid drivers license
Great organization skills
Ability to work independently
Effective communication skills
High capacity to operate under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work as part of a team

Your Schedule

8 hour shift (2-10pm)
Weekend availability

Salary

$20-22/h
Great tip out ($8-15/h)

We are seeking an energetic individual with kitchen experience and a passion for food to join our team at Flipside.

As the Grill Chef you are in charge of working the grill during our busy service.

Duties and Responsibilities

Setting up and stocking your work station
Preparing food for service
Preparing menu items on the grill and stove
Training new staff
Following food safety standards
Ensuring that food gets served in high quality and timely fashion
Writing prep list for next day

Desirable Knowledge and Skills

Kitchen experience
Passion for food
Effective communication skills
High capacity to operate under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent multitasking skills

Overseeing phone and online orders

Ensuring that food gets served in high quality and consistency
Communicating with kitchen team regarding special requests, preparation time, etc
Communicating customer’s feedback
